Hong Kong-listed diagnostic company Mingyuan Medicare has appointed Danny Lam as chief executive officer. He is joining the company with over thirty years of experience in building businesses and brand franchises in consumer and institutional products involving venture start up, mergers, retail, trading and manufacturing operations. Lam held senior leadership positions in various publicly listed and private companies in Hong Kong and China since 1995.
The group has also appointed Peter Wong as a non-executive director. He is currently a practicing clinical and academic neurologist in Vancouver, Canada.
Wong is professor of neurology in the medical school of UBC, Canada; honorary professor at Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and Jichi Medical University; honorary member of the Japan Society of Brain Electromagnetic Topography, and founding editor of international journal Brain Topography.
As UBC coordinator of international affairs, he had been involved in international medical liaison with China, HK, Japan and other countries.
