Following a memorandum of understanding signed in January, Japanese hospital management services company Capita Medica together with Japanese conglomerate Sojitz Corporation have agreed to form a strategic healthcare partnership with Vietnam’s TMMC Healthcare.
TMMC Healthcare runs four hospitals in the country – Tam Tri Da Nang, Tam Tri Nha Trang, Tam Tri Sai Gon and Tam Tri Dong Thap General Hospital – and one polyclinic, the Tam Tri Sai Gon Polyclinic in Ho Chi Minh City.
“Through this high level of collaboration, the partnership enables us to offer the improved medical services to millions of Vietnamese patients, and build our competency to emerge as the leading healthcare entity in Vietnam and in the region,” said Dilshaad Ali, president and CEO of TMMC Healthcare.
Initially the partnership will launch joint clinical management programmes at TMMC Healthcare hospitals.
